The Silver Stars was once a Loyalist Space Marine Chapter of unknown Founding and origin. Almost nothing is known about this Chapter in current Imperial records except for the dire fate that it succumbed to. Unable to recover enough of the precious Progenoid Glands of their fallen Battle-Brothers, the Silver Stars could not cultivate further Astartes organ implants to create future generations of Space Marines for the Chapter. The Chapter quickly died off, unable to replace its losses. Like their counterparts, the Sons of Gorgax, this Chapter is now no more than a dusty memory, the only evidence of its existence being a dry footnote within the Index Astartes.
