Britannia Mafia is the first television series based on the very popular and feared mafia in Britain. The shows creator and lead actor is well known rebel James May. The show airs on BBC 1 as the show is deemed too mainstream for BBC 2 and to unsuitable for the immature audience of BBC 3, on which rival show CSI: Swansea airs. A second series is now being filmed.
