Roserade debuts in Chapter 346. Roserade is Gardenia's Pokémon of choice, against many gym challengers and against Platinum. It is strong enough to defeat Platinum's Ponyta with its poisonous thorn whip. Gardenia uses Roserade and Cherubi to fight Team Galactic at Mt. Coronet, defeating Mars. Also, she uses Roserade to break one of the red chains.
