The M4 provides and fills the role of an infantry fighting vehicle and light armor to the Western Coalition. The two-man crew has the ability to effectively fight against entire squads of soldiers or armor with the right skills at using the weapons the Powell brings to the fight. When the second user's seat is being used, a turret will deploy out of the roof of the turret of the M4. This can be used tactically - both friend and foe - to determine quickly if a Powell is currently able to use its defensive system.
