Most of H2O: Just Add Water underwater scenes are filmed at Sea World, unlike Ocean Girl, an earlier Jonathan M. Shiff TV series, which was filmed in the ocean out in open water. Also, at least one episode of season 2 of Mako: Island of Secrets has been confirmed to take place at the Marine Park. This episode being "Only As Young As You Feel", when Rita Santos takes Zac and Evie's class on an excursion there.
