-minex [from "minus"] is the antonym of -plex, and rather replacing a number, n, by ten-to-that-number,\(10{n}\), means rather just the opposite, reducing a number by the factor \(10{-n}\). It can be used to harmlessly curtail any power of ten. With appropriate infix modifiers any number of tailing zeroes can be eliminated. suffix
