Greenmote Rapture is the effect of the alchemical ingredient, Greenmote. Greenmote is only found in Greenmote Silo, a cave hidden beneath the Palace Grounds in New Sheoth. The Silo can only be accessed during the Ritual of Mania quest. Anytime after the quest, you will still be allowed to enter the silo, and pilfer as much Greenmote as you please at the risk of being caught by the guards, as entering the silo is still considered trespassing.
