Kathy MacLellan is a writer, performer and puppet-maker. She has written over fifty television scripts, including episodes of Under the Umbrella Tree, Theodore Tugboat, and Mr. Dressup. She won an Ottawa ACTRA award for one of her Under the Umbrella Tree scripts, and her short story Persephone won an Capital Crime Writer's Award.
