Akivann Lake is a lake in central Wrangen. It is the largest lake in Wrangen by both, volume and surface area. The lake is located 53 metres below sea level thus it is the lowest altitude in the European continent. Due to this the entire 740 metres deep lake is a cryptodepression. The peninsula in the middle of the lake is called Chaindler Peninsula. On its northeastern shore, at the mouth of the river Påtyset the city of Nayr is located.
