The "Fish Song" can be seen as the Cat's theme song. It appears in "Future Echoes", "Balance of Power", "Better Than Life", and "Back to Earth, Part Three" and the novels Infinity Welcomes Careful Drivers, and Better Than Life. It is apparently a food-taunting ritual.
