The role of Billy Soule is played by David Stratton in the Season One episode "Fatal Mistake". Billy and his friend Eddie Shore attempt to rob a convenience store of money and cigarettes. When Captain Stonetree intervenes, there is a chase and shoot-out that end in Eddie's death. Billy therefore sets out to get revenge by killing Stonetree. Billy drives a car that has tentatively been identified as a late model green Buick Skylark 2 door coupe with an automatic drive.
