The Soft Heart Cantina was a cantina located in Grid 19 of the Southern Underground of Imperial Center. In the year 2 BBY, it burned down along with an entire city block, the cause officially attributed to arson. While fire suppressors were supposed to protect the uninsured cantina, these mysteriously failed. The owner, Memah Roothes, and her bouncer, Rodo, agreed to transfer to another location owned by the Galactic Empire to work a new military cantina. Roothes named the cantina the Hard Heart Cantina, after the name of her original cantina. The cantina was known to have membrosia.
