Kaelon II was the inhabited second planet in its star system. This was the homeworld of the Kaelons, a warp-capable isolationistic humanoid species. The planet was threatened in the 24th century when the Kaelon sun was dying. The Kaelons directed their efforts to revitalize it. In 2367, a leading scientist of their world was Doctor Timicin. (TNG: "Half a Life" ) In 2371, the location of Kaelon II was labeled in the star chart Data and Picard were studying in stellar cartography aboard the USS Enterprise-D.
