Rackaser (ラッカーサー Rakkāsā?) is an enemy robot that fall from the rainy skies of Toad Man's stage in Mega Man 4, Mega Man IV, and the Mega Man game for Game Gear. They throw their umbrella forward when they land, and then running forward after throwing the umbrella.
