Thanks to huge herbivores - like Brontosaurus and Ferrucutus - impressive deposits of dung are abundant on Skull Island. The Skull Island dung beetle tirelessly harvests small balls of dinosaur scat (and other scat as well), burying them for later. The beetles' principal enemy is the white wedgehead, a 16-inch lizard that specializes in eating them.
