Baked onions * 4 Large onions * 1 Oz. Swiss cheese * 3/4 Cup light cream or milk pepper to Taste * 4 T. Dry sherry (optional) Peel And Slice onions. Put Them in a Greased Ovenproof Dish. Preheat Oven to 350 First. Grate or Dice The Swiss cheese. Mix With The Cream or milk And if Desired, The sherry. Pour Over The onions. Season. Bake For 30 Minutes at 350.
