New Tecumseth is a town in Simcoe County in south Central Ontario. The town was created in 1991 out of the merger of Alliston, Beeton, and Tottenham. The town also contains the villages of Allimil, Green Briar, Nicolston, Penville, Randall, Rich Hill, Schomberg Heights and Thompsonville. The population of the town as of the 2011 census was 30,234.
