Ensign Pablo Baytart was a Starfleet officer aboard the USS Voyager during its voyage through the Delta Quadrant in the 2370s. A skilled pilot, Baytart briefed Neelix on the basics of Starfleet shuttle operations, and was even considered as a replacement conn officer when it appeared as if Lieutenant Tom Paris had decided to disembark from Voyager. (VOY: "Parturition", "Investigations") This character was only mentioned in dialogue. Though he was never seen on screen, he was heard off screen (voiced by an unknown actor) saying "All set, Neelix" in "Investigations".
