Captain Harry Seagoon, aka Agent X2, is summoned to MI-5 headquarters and given an urgent mission: Find and destroy a time machine which has been invented by the Russians. After some quick training, Seagoon heads to Dresden on the trail of the notorious spy known only as the Silent Bugler.
