Inner leg seam may be stitched or closed with hammer on metal fasteners. Top, all views, is gathered into a yoke, has a collar and back button closing. V. 1 and 2 have short puff sleeves, patch pockets and contrasting collar. V. 1 has rick rack trim. V. 2 has rick rack and embroidered braid or ribbon trim. V. 3 has lace trim and below elbow sleeves with elastic. 12 pattern pieces.
