Not much is known about the cyber villain Joeman Empire except that he likes to post copyrighted materials on a public domain site, and really irritate people. He also does not appear to favor any particular brand or company. It is also not known whether he "visits" other wiki/wikia sites. His goal seems to tear down internet communities and throw the world into chaos, eventually building the "Joeman" Empire, reigning over the Earth as Supreme...uh...Joe? from his mother's basement (too harsh?).
