Pet Eulogist (aka Hippy Cat Guy) is a unnamed one time character on Home Movies. He only appears in the season one episode, Brendon Gets Rabies. He appears at the funeral of the Peabody's deceased cat Alexandre and in Brendon's video tribute to Alexandre. He is voiced by Mitch Hedberg.
