When the Young ToQgers come to visit Akira, they approach the man, who was wearing similar clothing that Akira usually wears, only to be told by him that Akira has left, and isn't coming back. When the Young ToQgers question him, the worker stares at them for a moment before being interrupted by Tank Top Shadow, who was disguised as the tank top the worker was wearing, who claims Akira returned to the Shadow Line. The man faints as Tank Top Shadow flies off of him. He is last seen at the end of the movie, having recovered from passing out, and doing his job.
