Ramark was a male Phantasian who, in 2376, was in charge of the communications center on Phantas 61, and one of the few official civic leaders of the planet. In addition, he was a member of the Taru Bolivar, and as such, aided in temporarily taking prisoner Lieutenant Commander Domenica Corsi, Chief Vance Hawkins, and Crewmen P8 Blue and Frank Powers, when they beamed down to Phantas 61 to investigate a series of attempted bombings against the properties of entrepreneur Rod Portlyn.
