Ms. Lebelle Lluvhantari is a Secian Psion who is also one of the few self proclaimed Sages of Spur and surrounding areas. She played roles in the last great event of Spur, the Dark Army incident. Accompaning the final battle against the Muatana-al, she gave her insight and wisdom to those who wished it through-out the ordeal. She dedicated herself to the cause of research, determining the night the Dark Army originally wanted to attack the Spurian populace.
