A nice image viewer that performs adequately. However, when comparing this to something like Google's Picasa it is not quite as slick. I would recommend that others download this and at least take a look at it though. I'd rate this 3 out of 5. Much more than a "nice image viewer", IMO. It is easy to use, and comes with a wealth of very usable tools. I would give it a pretty high rating, and I strongly feel that the comment above does not do this application justice.
