The Valorum Center was a judicial psychiatric unit where most of the patients were only a danger to themselves. It contained the Hesperidium Wing. It was there where Separatist Doctor Ovolot Qail Uthan was held in isolation for three years before finally being rescued by Bardan Jusik, Ordo, Fi and Kal Skirata.
