New Skaro was, presumably, the new home world of the Daleks, established by the 25th/26th century when Ace was in Spacefleet, (PROSE: Birthright) after the Seventh Doctor destroyed the original Skaro. (TV: Remembrance of the Daleks) but he destroyed a decoy world named Antalin. (PROSE: War of the Daleks) The Cult of Skaro later planned to turn Earth in 1930 into "New Skaro".
