James Stormer was a spokesman for the Hero Factory. When the Makuhero Star Cluster entered the Uterio War on the side of the Great Beings, Stormer was quoted as saying "The Hero Factory will always be friends of the Great Beings." He survived the invasion of the Star Cluster, and fled it to other parts. Once news of the end of the war and his brother's death reached Stormer, he decided to settle down on a far-away planet, leaving his past life behind him. However, Ultron found him, and murdered him.
