Keira Napleton was a Lieutenant who worked the Pentagon's cryptography department under Captain Kevin Dorn and who was suspected of being the mole but was later found innocent. However, fearing that Lieutenant Napleton would be killed, NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs opted to keep her in isolation until the real mole was discovered.
