The Luthori Baltusian people were originally formed as an ethnic group in Baltusia. They make up Approximately 18 percent of the Baltusian population and they are the second largest ethnic grouping in Baltusia. Most tend not to follow a religion while a large minority follow the teachings of Hosianism, while some also follow other religions. The ethnic grouping is commonly found in the Baltusian Provinces of Lindar Valley and Athosia.
