[Source] The underslung rotary blaster carbine was an unusually-designed blaster carbine with a handle mounted on top of its rotating barrel. It used multiple galven coils to prevent overheating at high rates of fire. It was fired from the hip and was not very accurate, but it did provide a steady stream of fire.
