The UNINETT Group delivers network connections and services to Norwegian universities, university colleges and research institutions, and handles other national ICT tasks in the best interests of society. The UNINETT Group is owned by the Ministry of Education and Research and comprises the parent company and two subsidiaries with some 100 permanent employees. The enterprise is operated as a non-profit organization, and all profits are reinvested in the activities of the enterprise and the objectives of the individual companies.
