Rigel BC-I, or Avali, was the first planet of the Rigel BC star system, in the Orion Neutrality Area in the Beta Quadrant. It was an Orion Colony and, together with Rigel BC-II (Ugoan) which shared its history, it was one of the famed "Pirate Planets of Rigel".
