Arthur Schoenberg is the head of the Guardians Council and a very famous Strigoi killer. He was the mentor of Tamara, another guardian. After his retirement, he protects one of the royal families, the Badicas. In Frostbite, Dimitri takes Rose to the place where Arthur Schoenberg and the Badicas live so that she can take her Qualifier, an exam. When they arrive, Arthur and the Badicas were found dead – killed by Strigoi.
