This mission was an attempt to capture a Padawan that had left the Republic to join the Confederacy of Independent Systems. The Republic dispatched the young Trachta along with several clone troopers in order the capture the Padawan. When the Padawan was surrounded it surprised Trachta and his men with a thermal detonator which he threw with the Force, several Clone Troopers died while Trachta lost both his arms. Trachta was brought back to Coruscant for treatment, where his arms and eyes were replaced with cybernetics, as well as his damaged respiratory system.
