Purchased belt worn above waist. A-line pantdress is midi length with loose-fitting contrast bodice. Bias standing collar, wrist length sleeves and front gathered into waistline. Pockets in side front seams (no side seams). Center front and back are creased to simulate pleats. Purchased belt.
