Before the LLCs were created as part of Marcus Villanova's Labour Ministry reform, these buildings were never set up. Villanova stated that putting them in one central location would allow for easier access, cut costs, and cut down on the transfer of paperwork. The central office in Noble City includes a meeting room where the Agency for Labor Inspection and Board on the Fight Against Poverty meet, each once a month and can be observed by the public.
