Bill attended the The Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Arts in Dover, New Jersey, and designed theater sets for numerous productions in New Jersey. However since the age of twenty-two, he began a career as a professional commercial sculptor, and has worked for many toy companies such as Hasbro, Toy Biz, Diamond Select Toys and McFarlane Toys.
