Exeter, Maine's Special Tactics and Rescue Service/Squad was - like other S.T.A.R.S. groups - split into teams. During the Caliban Cove incident, the Alpha team joined forces with surviving members of the Raccoon S.T.A.R.S. Alpha team and the only remaining Bravo to explore the facility. However half of the Exeter S.T.A.R.S Alpha team were killed in the Caliban Cove incident. The surviving members joined the anti-Umbrella movement. Their last known activities were infiltrating an Umbrella facility in Utah with Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield.
