The throwing muspah is a Ranged-based creature encountered during Fate of the Gods. Along with the bladed muspahs and force muspahs, you need to defend against these during Mah's Nightmare. After the quest, they can be found in the Cradle on Freneskae, along with the other two types of muspahs. Using Ancient Magicks against the throwing muspah will double your damage. Wearing the shard of Zaros will make these unaggressive. Muspah possess 100% accurate attacks.
