The Kempno (Taxonomically Tribus venator; dubbed Rouges by humans) are a tribal humanoid species, native to a planet in human territory. They have recently been recruited into the Interstellar Union, however, they aren't very skilled with modern technology. They feature a thick, double-layered exoskeleton in order to provide them with vital protection. They cannot swim, but in turn, are capable of holding their breath for extended periods of time.
