Mr. Chase was the Babylon 5 factor for Ziklag-Ziklag Weapons, a licensed arms dealing firm. In late 2259 he sold weapons to the Narn Resistance, some of which were the very same items the Narn Regime had sold the Earth Alliance during the Earth-Minbari War. Mr. Chase met with G'Kar, who wanted to purchase weapons from him. Mr Chase agreed to provide the needed equipment at a small discount. G'Kar, in turn, warned him about the deadly consequences of betraying the resistance movement.
