Empress Urios Zaarman was the first and only ruler of Sorcerer's Isle. As a latent, she was tormented by her psionic abilities, unable to block out the thoughts of others. Finally, she was able to develope the runes required to create an aura which sealed off her abilities. Coincidentally, these runes also were used to create ESP auras.
