Later in 2009, he was assigned to guard a sensitive area on Destiny. When Simeon killed Michaels and escaped to kill Ginn, he shot Graham during his escape through the Stargate. He was taken to the infirmary and Lt. Tamara Johansen was able to save him. (SGU: "Malice")
