Well, sort of. Naraku took the last shard from Kohaku's back and the jewel was completed. Though, in the final episode of the TV series, Kagome makes a wish for the jewel to disappear forever, and it shatters and disintegrates. (So it was more of Naraku that collected the jewel shards.)
