Xai-Xai is a small village and city in Mozambique. The GDI Commander is charged with stopping Nod from retrieving the plans of a Stealth tank and also, to the prototypes they will be using. This was to be revenge for the death of the first GDI Commander at Keetmanshoop in southern Namibia.
