Derro'an'nuruodo, known by his core name Roann, was a Tactical Commander of the Chiss Ascendancy. When CAIN Director Arch'elie'lia succeeded her uncle as Grand Imperator, Roann became the new Director of CAIN. Roann's old position would be taken by Mar'tel'nuruodo.
