In an alternate timeline, Glal blasch Cheg was a male Tellarite who, as of 2264, commanded the ICV V'Lar. In that year, he came to the aid of the UESS Enterprise while under attack by Orion pirates. Learning the United Earth ship was investigating a distress signal originating in the Talos star group, Cheg decided to investigate himself. His ship was subsequently lost in that system.
