Quell'c was a land owner on the planet Havenik. He sold a plot of land to Ka D'Argo, though he had initially believed to be showing the area to Lo'Laan Tal. Quell'c was somewhat disturbed when he realized he was selling the land to the Luxan. ("A Many-Splendor'd Thing")
